When we launched The Gospel Project in 2012, it was with one goal in mind: To help people of all ages see how the entire Bible tells this one big beautiful story of the gospel: God’s plan to save sinners through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ! We want people of all ages to see how the Bible isn’t a collection of disconnected morality tales or a compilation of wise principles for living, but one story that changes everything. 

Since The Gospel Project was released, churches across the United States—and around the world—have resonated deeply with this goal. Today, more than 1.6 million men, women, and children in the United States are studying the Bible with their eyes on the gospel every week. They are seeing the Bible’s big story become clear to them in a fresh way, and it’s changing their lives.

“When will this be available in Spanish?”

But almost from the beginning, there’s a question churches have asked us: “When will this be available in Spanish?” The Church has seen exponential growth in bilingual congregations and Hispanic ministries, and they’ve wanted to study the big story of Scripture too—so much so that in some cases, churches started translating portions of the studies themselves while waiting for an official translation to be released. 

Well, today the wait is over: El Proyecto Evangelio para niños is now available!

Contextualized for Spanish Speaking Churches

This new Spanish curriculum has been carefully translated and contextualized to the needs of Spanish-speaking churches across the US and Latin America with: 

• 3-year, semester-based curriculum. Most Hispanic churches worldwide prefer to purchase their materials in yearly or semestral intervals. The curriculum is therefore designed for a 3-year scope and sequence composed of 6 semesters. Each semester is equivalent to 2 volumes of the English curriculum.  
• Contextualized resources. The program has been redesigned to better serve the needs of Latino churches, ministries, and communities. The music was re-composed to include sounds and rhythms representative of the diverse cultures of Latin America. The videos are now perfectly narrated in beautiful international Spanish. The Leader Guides have been adapted for congregations of different cultural backgrounds where children’s activities might require different materials. Even the time of missions now includes alternative stories of Latino missionaries serving across the world. 
• Affordable, multi-level, digital pricing. Packages are offered as a digital curriculum with pricing adjusted to the size of most congregations: Less than 100 members, 101–200 members, and more than 200 members.

Cuando lanzamos el Proyecto Evangelio en el año 2012, teníamos un solo objetivo en mente: Ayudar a personas de todas las edades a descubrir como toda la Biblia cuenta una sola gran historia. ¡La hermosa historia del plan de Dios para salvar a los pecadores por medio de la muerte y resurrección de Jesucristo! Anhelamos que toda persona pueda ver que la Biblia no es una collección inchoerente de historias morales, ni tampoco una compilación de principios para vivir sabiamente, sino una historia que lo cambia todo. 

Desde su liberación, iglesias a lo largo de los Estados Unidos, e incluso alrededor del mundo, se han identificado profundamente con el objetivo del Proyecto Evangelio. Hoy en día, más de 1.6 millones de hombres, mujeres y niños en los Estados Unidos han estudiado semana a semana la Biblia con su mirada enfocada en el evangelio. En el proceso, han visto como la gran historia de la Biblia se esclarece de manera refrescante, y como resultado, sus vidas están siendo transformadas.

Tanto ha sido su anhelo que en algunos casos, iglesias locales han traducido porciones de los estudios mientras esperaban la publicación de una traducción oficial.

Este nuevo currículum en español ha sido cuidadosamente traducido y contextualizado a las necesidades de las iglesias de habla hispana a lo largo de los Estados Unidos y latinoamerica. Entre sus característimas mas importantes y atractivas estan las siguientes:

• Currículum semestral de 3 años de duración. La mayoría de las iglesias hispanas al rededor del mundo acostumbran y prefieren adquirir sus materiales de educación cristiana en intervalos anuales o semestrales. El currículum por lo tanto ha sido diseñado para una secuencia de 3 años de instrucción, en un total de 6 sermestres. Cada semestre es equivalente a dos volúmenes del currículum en inglés. 
• Recursos contextualizados. El programa ha sido rediseñado para satisfacer mas efectivamente las necesidades de las iglesias, ministerios y comunidades latinas. La múscia ha sido transformada para incluir sonidos y ritmos representativos de las múltiples culturas en latinoamérica. Los videos han sido editados y narrados en un hermoso español internacional. Las Guías para el Líder han sido adaptadas para el uso en congregaciones de diversos transfondos culturales en los cuales las actividades con los niños pudieran requerir diversos materiales. Incluso los videos para el tiempo de misiones ahora pueden ser sustituídos con historias de misioneros de origen latino que sirven alrededor del mundo. 
• Paquetes digitales con precios accesibles a la medida. Los Paquetes para el Líder se ofrecen como un currículum digital con un precio ajustado a las necesidades de congregaciones de diversos tamaños: Menos de 100 miembros, 101-200 miembros, o más de 200 miembros.
